Business Discussion

Step Two: EHR/PM Analysis

Our team will need to review your current EHR and PM if you have one. We will need administrative access so we can identify issues and/or trends to see what needs to be done to help your practice thrive. We are HIPAA compliant and take PHI very seriously. We will have nondisclosure agreement and business associate agreements that cover this process. 

       step one: Practice analysis

We will schedule a meeting to learn more about your practice, needs, and expectations. We will ask questions about your current workflow, current revenue, the amount billed to insurance, and much more.  If you don't have this information or do not know how to access this information. We will help. 

Staff Meeting

Step three: Findings

After we complete your complimentary practice analysis, we will set up another meeting to over the results, financial health, and make recommendations and let you know if we are a good match for your practice. 

Step four: Service Agreement 

If we decide we are a good match for your practice, we will move forward with sending over a service agreement. The information includes our business associate and client responsibilities. 

sTEP FIVE: implementation

The Best Part! We will be honored to have you as a client and excited that you have trusted ADS with your revenue cycle needs. There will be an On-Boarding Packet sent to you so we can have all pertinent information about your practice. This process will require access, logins, and information to access claim payment information. Our goal is to ensure we are submitting clean claims so you can be paid the first time.
